Role Summary
As an Analyst, User Experience (m/f/d) in the central 1st & 2nd level support, you will support our internal customers in all IT matters and accompany the resolution of incidents and requests from start to finish. You support the team in the support of the central as well as decentralized network & server environments.
Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Incident- and Request-Management in 1st- & 2nd - Level (Matrix42)
  • Support in the software and hardware area as well as support (Windows10, O365, smartphones, notebooks, Linux workstations, etc.)
  • Analysis, classification and processing of incoming requests
  • Collaboration in the support and operation of the network & server infrastructure (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Independent solution of complex malfunctions and requirements in the responsible department
  • Remote support and assumption of tasks in projects / sub-projects


Knowledge and Education

  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable training or experience


Work Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as IT Support staff / IT System Administrator


Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Very good knowledge in 1st & 2nd level support (hardware & software)
  • Very good knowledge in Windows operating systems and PC client management
  • Basic knowledge in the area of network administration as well as Windows servers
  • Agile, independent way of thinking and working
  • High level of commitment and organizational skills
  • Strong user and service orientation
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

The annual remuneration package for this position is a minimum of EUR 38.000,- with corresponding qualification. Regular travel: 5-10% of the time.
