As a Analyst - Treasury, you will provide financial planning and analysis in the conduct of daily treasury activities. You will oversee corporate cash management, credit administration, administration of business insurance programs, and potentially also stock programs in an independent corporation or subsidiary. You will research economic trends and investment opportunities. You may assist senior staff with preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures. You will determine procurement of funds and monitors investments and collections.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews and reconciles prior day cash balances
- Prepare wire transfers and other funding necessary to balance the company's cash position.
- Prepare daily intragroup wires and third party payments in accordance with company Limits of Authority policy
- Serve as system administrator for bank reporting platforms.
- Partner with our banking service providers to resolve issues
- Prepare Bank documentation (KYC, update bank mandates, other requests…)
- Provide reporting and analysis on bank account activity (fees, interest, etc.)
- Assists with cash forecasting on a monthly basis.
- Strive for continued process improvement, utilizing technology solutions and professional development
- Complete other ad hoc Treasury projects as needed

- 2 - 3 years of relevant treasury, finance, or banking experience..
- Preferred with 5 years of treasury-related experience / 2 years of experience using treasury workstations, banking platforms, or cash management systems / 1 year of experience supporting international treasury operations.
