Job Description
Primary Function:
The Analyst shall be working closely/collaborate with key partners/ cross functional teams like Cap planning, MFG and engineering teams and Support Groups to ensure qual project activities happens/executed on a timely manner. Review system processes, address any gaps and recommend process and system improvements for better execution of the projects.

Educational Background:

Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Production Engineering or any supply chain, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
With good scholastic records or with relevant work experience including in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry is an advantage
Knowledge, skill, and abilities: (List the competencies the employees must have to be successful in the position)
Collaborative and knows how to motivate cross functional teams towards a common goal.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented and highly Analytical & organized.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment to quickly analyse situations and make informed decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Knowledge of Oracle SQL/SAP is an advantage
Major Duties & Responsibilities: (List the major responsibilities of the position. Most jobs have 5-7 major job responsibilities that represent the essential function of the position.)
Support Mfg Resiliency Projects- Owns Supply Management and Enable System Readiness ( Part Number Creation via ECN submission)
Secure Supply for Resiliency, as applicable
Manage Lot Scheduling via Adhoc process or add on Demand File. Coordination with Operations and PQE Partners/ team lead to ensure key metrices/targets are met on timely manner
Initiate SLR ( Special Lot Request) for Qual and Engg Lot Build request at Assembly
Attends Coordination meeting as applicabl
