Augment is a software infrastructure company building the Robinhood for private markets. We are creating a modern platform that enables investors to access and trade shares in leading pre-IPO companies through a technology-driven experience.
We operate at the intersection of software, brokerage, and private markets. Our platform is designed to make private market investing more accessible, efficient, and technology-native.
About the roleWe are hiring an Analyst on our Strategic Partnerships team to help drive execution across some of the most important workstreams at the company.
This is not a traditional analyst role. Augment is a Series A company, but we already operate with meaningful revenue, regulated entities, complex transaction flows, a growing network of global partners, and product initiatives that span capital markets, brokerage, and software. Following our $12M Series A, we are scaling our platform to meet demand from GPs, LPs, and institutional partners, and we need someone who can be the connective tissue across the teams doing that work.
This person will sit at the center of Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing. They will help us navigate the complexity of rapid scaling, acting as the air traffic controller for the high-impact projects that define our trajectory. They should be comfortable moving between high-level strategy and detailed execution: one hour helping structure a partnership conversation with a global stakeholder, and the next hour documenting a client meeting, building a workflow, or pushing a deal across the finish line.
This is a very hands-on role. You will work alongside senior partnership leads, the executive team, and cross-functional partners, but you should expect to personally drive many of the projects that make the partnership engine run.
🧑💻 You will:1. Drive cross-functional execution and project management
Act as the primary project manager for initiatives spanning client-facing workflows, new operational processes, and technology implementation
Document client meetings, take ownership of critical follow-ups, and push deals across the finish line so nothing gets dropped
Coordinate with Operations, Legal, and Compliance to align on partnership opportunities and ensure rigorous adherence to regulatory requirements
Bring structure to fast-moving workstreams without creating unnecessary process
2. Support growth and business development
Support Strategic Partnership leads in high-stakes client meetings with global GPs, LPs, and institutional stakeholders
Help prepare materials, briefings, and follow-ups that make client interactions effective and well-run
Collaborate with Marketing to ideate and execute educational webinars and content that empowers our investor base
Translate pre-IPO market trends, competitive dynamics, and stakeholder feedback into actionable internal initiatives
3. Build operational infrastructure for a scaling business
Distill complex information into structured workflows that improve how we work with clients, internally and externally
Partner with Product and Engineering to build integration workflows that extend our platform’s reach with partners
Identify and remove bottlenecks across business lines to help maintain a sustainable but aggressive growth pace
Help design repeatable playbooks for partnership onboarding, diligence, and ongoing relationship management
4. Serve as a connective layer across the company
Work fluidly across Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to keep initiatives moving
Translate between technical, legal, and commercial stakeholders so that decisions get made and executed quickly
Surface the right information to the right people at the right time, whether that is to a partnership lead, an executive, or a cross-functional team
5. Contribute to strategy and insight
Build a strong point of view on the private markets landscape, key partner categories, and where Augment can win
Produce clear, executive-ready analysis and takeaways that inform partnership priorities and company strategy
Help shape how we think about segmentation, targeting, and prioritization across our partner network
You want to be a real partner to the Strategic Partnerships team and cross-functional leaders, not just an executor of tasks
You are excited by businesses that combine software, financial infrastructure, and securities operations
You can move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
You are comfortable operating with limited resources and building the function while doing the work
You have strong judgment and can simplify messy situations without oversimplifying them
You know how to build trust with operators, external partners, and senior stakeholders
You like bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-moving environments
You are responsive, reliable, and calm under pressure
You are curious about private markets and willing to dive deep without needing a manual
You are as comfortable speaking with a GP at an industry event as you are building a project roadmap in Asana
Required

Strong project management instincts and the ability to drive multiple workstreams in parallel without losing detail
Strong synthesis skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, executive-ready takeaways
Comfort navigating CRMs, internal dashboards, project management tools, and other common operating software
A strategic lens on how partnerships fit into a broader company roadmap, and an interest in the private markets ecosystem
High attention to detail, strong ownership, and a bias toward action
Availability to work hybrid from our Austin, TX hub
Competitive salary
Meaningful equity in an early-stage high growth company
100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees
