Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful Salesforce implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud with proven experience in gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and driving user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across multiple environments
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

System Configuration & Management
  • Configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
  • Maintain system integrity and ensure data quality across all environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis within the Salesforce platform.

Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, developers, architects, and third-party vendors.
  • Report progress and escalate issues to project leadership as needed.

Testing & Documentation
  • Develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Create and maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and user guides.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Build dashboards and reports using Salesforce reporting tools.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience
  • 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud (Experience Cloud preferred).
  • Familiarity with integrations (SAP , EDI, Mulesoft) and analytics concepts.
  • Previous Salesforce development experience is a plus.

Certifications
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (preferred).
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).

Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Technical knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs is a plus.
