Job Summary:

NRG has a large and growing sales footprint in the company's East region, particularly in the Door-to-Door and Retail channels. These sales teams are supported by the Sales Operations and Sales Quality teams. Both are dynamic and collaborative teams that draw on their collective experience in sales, project management, quality assurance, and technology to resolve emergencies, continue to optimize and enhance our programs, and complete all daily tasks.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Specifically, this individual will have daily responsibility for one or more of the following processes:

  • Running & assembling various performance reports
  • Fulfillment of marketing materials and uniform orders
  • Testing bug fixes and enhancements on the enrollment form applications
  • Document sales support operational processes & responsibilities
  • Manage enhancements for the sales enablement technology. This process includes business requirement gathering collaboration with third-party IT development teams, and user testing
  • Perform other duties as assigned

This role requires strong prioritization, organization, and communication skills. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and focus to ensure a complete and accurate work product. This individual must have solid time management skills to ensure that daily assignments are completed as well as any unplanned or emergency assignments that emerge.

Working Conditions:

  • This position is based out of NRG's Philadelphia office and will be a hybrid position with 1-2 days in the office building and the remainder of the work week remote
  • The candidate must have reliable internet connectivity to be able to complete tasks remotely

Minimum Requirements:

  • Preferred 2-year Associates degree or 4 year college degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of work experience

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong skills in all Microsoft products, especially Excel, Power Point, and Word (SQL skills preferred)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to think creatively and problem-solve
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
