The Global Strategy, Operations & Performance (GSOP) team serves as a Center of Excellence within the Global Merchant and Network Services (GMNS) business unit, focusing on enterprise-level strategy, performance management, and operational delivery. We are a fast-moving, high-impact team tackling the company’s most important priorities.
The Risk & Remediation team is specifically focused on driving GMNS process excellence, Legal Entity Governance, First Line of Defense (1LOD) Compliance, Data Governance, and managing large risk-related initiatives for GMNS.
The Analyst, Risk & Remediation Change Management, will support a cohesive and coordinated change management approach across GMNS and will be responsible for driving clarity, consistency, and action in support of GMNS risk, compliance, and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will help translate complex, and often ambiguous risk and program information into clear insights, structured reporting, and polished materials for senior leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable navigating evolving priorities, and skilled at turning data into compelling narratives.
ResponsibilitiesPull, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources to complete KPI and risk reporting templates (e.g., milestones, issues, and remediation tracking)
Develop executive-ready materials that clearly communicate risk insights, program updates, and key decisions
Translate complex risk, control, and program information into concise, business-friendly messaging for senior stakeholders
Maintain rigorous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting and communications
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving regulatory, risk, and program requirements
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on reporting and messaging
Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Risk Management, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in change management, consulting, project management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Experience working with structured reporting (key performance indicators, dashboards, or program metrics) and reconciling data across multiple sources
Self-starter who thrives in an evolving, dynamic environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop strong and compelling presentations for senior leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in unstructured or evolving environments
