This role can be located within Griffith or Albury

Do work that matters

Our analyst team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our business by driving a growth strategy and excellent outcomes for our customers.
Working collaboratively with our Agribusiness and Relationship Executives, you will be responsible for undertaking financial modelling and analysis. Your market research skills will help to identify risks and opportunities to support the success of our business customers. Our range of innovative products and solutions as well as market-leading technologies will provide you with the tools you need to excel in this key role in our business.

 

We have an outstanding Analyst opportunity to join our high-performing team based in Griffith or Albury. The client base is diverse and offers a huge variety of both commercial banking and specialist Agribusiness businesses that you will engage with and support to assist in building successful outcomes for our customers. 

 

More specifically, you will:

  • Prepare well-reasoned credit submissions and coordinate deal execution.
  • Prepare financial modelling for new and existing lending, with ability to clearly identify and communicate key risks.
  • Work closely with Relationship Executives to understand client needs and formulate client strategy
  • Proactively recommend ideas and solutions to assist in managing client relationships
  • Provide research and analysis of portfolio in conjunction with market data and group product offerings
  • Gain an in depth understanding of client needs and how CBA can assist them to meet their long-term business goals.
     

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience within commercial banking or accounting and Agribusiness experience
  • Strong research and analytical skills incorporating financial modelling and credit analysis
  • A passion for customer service with a focus on innovation and solutions-focused thinking
  • A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance or related discipline would be highly regarded.
