The Role
Perform timely testing and analysis of in-process and final product samples per SOPs and cGMP. Support lab operations, sample logistics, analytical methods (HPLC, CE, spectroscopy), troubleshoot equipment, assist method transfers and validation, qualify/maintain QC equipment, analyze assay trends, manage lab inventory and housekeeping, and work 12-hour rotating shifts.

What you will do:

  • To prioritize and perform the various testing/analysis in timely manner, in order to support the business requirements. 

  • Analysis of bulk product, in-process or stability samples, according to Standard Operating Procedures and Test Methods. 

  • Documentation of results in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). 

  • Problem solving of analytical methods as well as troubleshooting of equipment. 

  • Involvement in method transfers and validation. 

  • Involved in equipment qualification and technical selection of QC equipment and/or standards and reagents. 

  • Assay trend analysis, document revision and update. 

  • General lab support including housekeeping, equipment maintenance, inventory of supplies, lab supplies ordering, management of glass wares etc. 

  • Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager

What we are looking for:

  • Degree/Diploma in a relevant Chemistry, Science field or Equivalent. 

  • Relevant work experience preferably with Lab experience in a biotech or medically related field. 

  • Good understanding of HPLC, Empower software,

    Capillary Electrophoresis (CE), TOC, Osmolality, Protein concentration (A280 or SoloVPE) and other physiochemical methods.

  • Provide support in equipment maintenance and qualification. 

  • Understanding and execution of spectroscopy, and other assigned methods which may include chromatography methods (HPLC), Protein concentration (A280 or SoloVPE) and other physiochemical methods.

  • Willing to work 12 hours rotating shift

Skills Required

  • Degree or diploma in Chemistry or relevant Science field (or equivalent)
