About the role
Procure to Pay is the supply chain hub for National Grid, processing $15B in payments each year, 34K purchase orders among many other services performed on behalf of all National Grid employees.
What you'll do• Supply chain responsibilities that support the purchasing, invoicing and supplier payment processes • Deliver and maintain team metrics • Manage complex issues and inquiries, share best practices and translate business needs • Provide advice, build influence, develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners• Establish a high level of confidence with stakeholders• Implement process improvements to remove waste and increase value• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with SLAs and metrics• Analyze data to detect trends and forecast future business needs • Review accuracy of work and check that all details are completed • Work independently to understand and meet deadlines • Training • Maintain job aids ot Applicable.
What you'll need• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required• Ability to understand and achieve departmental goals within a collaborative environment• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools; Power Point, Word and other business software• Advanced Excel skills• Adaptability to new software and systems• Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and a desire to learn • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve and meet shifting deadlines• Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively across the organization

Annual Salary
$67,000-$79,000 annually
Salary commensurate with experience.
