Position Overview:

The Analyst will be part of the Private Debt Portfolio and Risk Management team, responsible for overseeing portfolio management activities of evergreen funds. The role entails a broad range of activities going from performing market research, conducting portfolio & performance analysis, as well as supporting senior professionals in the daily management of the funds.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, detail‑oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to quickly assess complex situations, exercise sound judgment, and apply a structured, problem‑solving mindset.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Data collection & processing in the context of corporate lending transactions and other Private Debt strategies
  • Produce and update research material on the asset class
  • Provide assistance to investment professionals and other team members
  • Assist with market research and performance analysis
  • Assist and perform ad hoc projects and reviews related to the client requests
  • Assist with various other projects and analyses for the Private Debt team

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in private markets or private debt preferred

 Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and execution quality
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including the review and preparation of complex financial analyses, as well as AI tools
  • Highly motivated self-starter, with demonstrated history of taking initiative, being adaptive in a fast-changing environment, and working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment
  • Acute attention to accuracy and detail are essential
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
