As “US Equity Portfolio Implementation Professional” within our “US Equity Team”, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities- Support senior portfolio managers on the analysis and execution of US Equity investment strategies.
- Develop an understanding of the investment process to assist in implementing portfolio buy/sell decisions.
- Send orders in equities, futures, and treasuries to support daily portfolio implementation.
- Monitor cash flows amongst various accounts to support portfolio funding and activity.
- Communicate with trading teams and internal partners to support execution and ongoing coordination.
- Monitor futures hedging activity to support portfolio strategy implementation.
- Track portfolio positioning, market news, and trades to stay current on drivers and activity.
- Analyze and reconcile position discrepancies to ensure alignment across accounts and records.
- Monitor account guidelines and restrictions to support adherence and portfolio controls.
- Review investment performance to support ongoing portfolio monitoring and evaluation.
- Execute ad-hoc projects including research initiatives, stock fundamentals and valuation, account transitions, and transaction cost analysis.
- Graduate/Postgraduate with atleast 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving
- Highly numerate with strong analytical aptitude
- Strong interest in financial markets and US Equity investing
- Self-motivated, goal/results-focused, and able to execute on objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with numerous groups within JPMAM
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

- Strong technical skills, particularly in MS Excel

- Familiarity with Bloomberg
