To support day-to-day operations ensuring that the Bank’s policies, operational guidelines are adhered to by team members, consistent delivery of quality services to clients and optimal utilization of available resources.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare LC advising/amendments and input in trade system.
Process acceptance advice received from issuing bank.
Process LC payment, documents discounting and input in relevant systems.
Reply and relay enquiry from correspondent banks by SWIFT.
Reply phone enquiry from correspondent banks, beneficiaries and customers.
Process Shanghai/Beijing and Singapore Branches’ tasks as instructed.
Handling scan documents and split documents for mailing/filing.
Any other assignments assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
University graduate with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in banking (Trade operations with knowledge in Commercial Loan tasks is preferable.)
Exposure in SWIFT Alliance, Trade systems and Loan systems.
Familiar with UCP600, ISP98, URDG758, URC 522 and ISBP
Good communication skills
Hands on experience in MS Words & Excel
Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
