About this role
As a Legal Analyst, we will be part of a high impact team focused on delivering exceptional service to our clients. Reporting into a Legal Associate, you will be responsible for supervising inboxes, downloading, ordering and naming key legal documents, through a high level review of legal documents, determining: (i) the fund structures; and (ii) if any further legal documents are missing and need to be requested from the client, updating of team trackers, and providing key internal stakeholders with status updates.
The central focus of the Legal Insights team’s work is the extraction of fees and terms from the limited partnership agreement (LPA) and ancillary legal documents. The extracted LPA terms feed into benchmarking services and into fee validation reporting across the company.
Our role involves ensuring timely completion of workflow tickets in alignment with client and internal SLAs / important metrics. We will engage with internal business partners to ensure that all legal documents relating to the fund are available and to effectively manage deliverables.
What you’ll be doing:- Supervising internal inboxes and updating team trackers.

- "Conducting a high-level review of the legal documents to identify: (i) the fund structures in place; and (ii) whether any additional legal documents are missing and should be requested from the client."
- JIRA, performing the appropriate actions for each ticket received in accordance with the agreed procedures and defined Service Level terms for each Client.
- Presenting with key internal collaborators about the status of the project, proactively flagging any potential roadblocks.
- Accurate setting of attributes on all documents for upload to our Document Management System (DMS).
- Ensure the quality and integrity of the data on the system is maintained.

- Legal background, including legal company secretarial experience, knowledge of fund or corporate structures and experience of reviewing complex legal documents
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- 1-2 years of experience as an administrative professional preferred, but not required
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing software, along with experience with online document databases preferred
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet client deadlines while operating in a complex and fast paced environments across multiple time zones
