Job Overview
Radix customers require innovative solutions that meet ever evolving mission needs. In this role, the selected candidate will be part of a talented team of mission focused engineers and analysts tasked with providing analytic support to the SIGINT mission and developing innovative and complex solutions while supporting the next generation of world class satellite ground systems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources
- Understand the operational mission environment in order to identify potential target threats, trends, and patterns
- Use technical, regional, and functional experience to develop intelligence products and analytical assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in preparation of technical reports/briefings
- Operational system monitoring and data analysis
- Technical problem-solving skills
- Evaluate and manipulate large, complex data sets and perform statistical analysis
- Develop scripts, basic tools, and visualizations

Salary Range:
The salary and compensation for this position will be determined based on skill level, experience, and education as applicable. These factors include, but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, ability to fulfill all job requirements, education, experience, knowledge, skills, certifications, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, bargaining agreements (if any), or other applicable law.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Currently active TS/SCI security clearance issued by a U.S. Government Entity
- Minimum of 20 years of deep technical waveform-level signals analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Background in signals analysis and evaluation of the results produced by interactive and automated processing systems
- Working knowledge of digital signal processing systems and techniques, advanced analysis tool suites, mapping tools, and other common data processing applications
- Working knowledge of tasking requirements, processes, and tools
- Working knowledge of reporting processes and tools
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively work, and communicate, with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
- Technical Qualifications:
- Graduate of the 3810, 4810, 450, 451, or 452 Signals Analysis Courses
- TechSIGINT waveform analysis experience in either ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMINT
- Experience with legacy applications such as MARTES, CATS, DEL, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, and/or ESP
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Willingness to mentor, be mentored, and grow Radix's existing talent
- Using gained program and domain knowledge to further Radix's core business efforts
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively work, and communicate, with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
Preferred Qualifications:
- U.S. Government Adjudicated Full-Scope or Counterintelligence polygraph
- Python scripting experience
- Experience using statistics to describe system performance and/or data behaviors
- Experience working across the Intelligence and Defense Communities and familiarity with their systems, tools, resources, and capabilities
