OPPORTUNITY

The firm is seeking an Analyst to support its client service and capital formation objectives. This individual will report to the firm’s Vice President of Investor Relations. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in private markets investing. The ideal candidate is an organized, self-motivated team player who can prioritize and take ownership of multiple projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and deliver on client service activities of the firm as a collaborative member of the Investor Relations team
  • Coordinate with various teams across the firm to prepare high-quality, timely responses to investor inquiries
  • Monitor and manage the investor relations email inbox
  • Provide support on investor diligence requests
  • Prepare and update presentations for capital raising activities, investor updates, and conferences
  • Manage the preparation and dissemination of external communication materials
  • Maintain the client relationship management database
  • Assist with client onboarding
  • Assist senior leadership with special projects as they arise

Requirements

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate degree in business or finance with an excellent academic background
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in investor relations, investment banking, accounting, or at an asset management firm specializing in infrastructure, real estate, and/or private equity funds, or experience working with institutional investors
  • Progress towards a professional designation in accounting or finance (such as CPA or CFA) would be an asset, but is not required
  • Experience in asset management, and knowledge of infrastructure, real estate, and/or private equity would be an asset, but is not required
  • Self-starter and team player with positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience with Salesforce, DealCloud or similar CRM software
