About Department:
This department supports Franklin Templeton Investments by enabling compliant derivatives trading through documentation, system setup, and collateral account management. The team works closely with derivatives agreement specialists, custodians, and internal partners to support mutual funds, separate accounts, and high net worth clients. The environment is collaborative and detail-driven, offering exposure to global markets and opportunities to build deep expertise in derivatives operations.
You will gather documentation to support new market openings.
You will maintain International Swaps and Derivatives Association agreement data.
You will manage Master Securities Forward Transaction Agreement records.
You will support Exchange-Traded Derivatives system setups.
You will partner with custodians to open collateral accounts.
You will ensure accurate documentation and timely submissions.
You will support projects as a subject matter expert.
Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Analyst-level experience as required by location.
Technical Skills:
Experience with derivative documentation or market registrations.
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Soft Skills:
Clear communication and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Sound judgment and confidentiality awareness.
Work Shift Timings - 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST
