What you will do:  

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst III is a fully qualified professional responsible for leading advanced analytics, process design, and operational optimization initiatives within the Procurement and Supply Chain function. This role applies deep subject matter expertise to evaluate complex data, assess unusual circumstances, and develop innovative solutions that support scaling operations. The Analyst III works independently, with review at critical milestones, and serves as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders.v

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced analytical dashboards and reporting frameworks within business intelligence tools and ERP systems to drive KPI performance, forecast accuracy, procurement health, inventory strategy, and operational scalability
  • Assess complex or non-routine operational challenges using sophisticated analytical techniques to identify root causes and recommend creative, data-driven solutions
  • Design and standardize scalable Supply Chain workflows and operating procedures; adapt existing processes or develop new approaches to support expansion and commercialization readiness
  • Own data governance and reporting integrity across Supply Chain systems; establish controls, validate master data structures, and ensure cross-functional alignment with Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Accounting, IT, and Finance
  • Evaluate and recommend best-practice methodologies across warehousing, inventory management, logistics, material flow, and procurement to support plant operations and future commercial expansion
  • Drive cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives of diverse scope, devising solutions where precedent may be limited and adapting approaches to evolving business needs
  • Serve as a key liaison to Accounting and Finance, ensuring operational transactions align with financial reporting, commitments tracking, and KPI communication; proactively identify financial risk or improvement opportunities
  • Influence and advise stakeholders, including senior internal partners, on operational strategy, process changes, and data insights; adapt communication style to varied audiences 
  • Lead or facilitate cross-functional project coordination, ensuring strategic alignment and execution of high-impact initiatives
  • Maintain adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards while reinforcing governance within Supply Chain operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational growth and operational scale 

What we need you to bring to the team:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or operations, preferably in a manufacturing or scaling environment
  • Complete knowledge and full understanding of supply chain operations principles, data analytics methodologies, and process optimization practices
  • Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to independently evaluate complex data sets and devise solutions based on limited precedent
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with ability to advise on complex or sensitive matters 
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities 
  • Ability to work independently with review at key milestones

Compensation:   

  • The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $95,000-$110,000 and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.
