Job Details
• Participates as a leading member to complete assigned development and improvement projects in a timely, quality manner
• Provides experienced services including defining requirements, developing and/or maintaining computer applications/systems to meet client’s needs
• Ensures end-to-end implementation and realization of the use of a variety of IT solutions by working with staff, contractors, and vendors
• Establishes performance metrics to ensure user satisfaction
• Assesses client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities and advice on options
• Provides support & guidance to Analysts I/II in executing their responsibilities
• Oversees development, writing, and communication of business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions
• Creates & maintains various reporting and analytical functions necessary for the accurate maintenance of the solutions
• Lead engagements as a senior team member for solutions practice and ensures timely resolution of issues that arise from translation of requirements
• Reviews analysis of customer’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements
• Supports in review and approves test plans and monitors testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk
• Maintains relations with stakeholders, inform them about problems, issues, and resolutions and manages their expectations

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Consultant to analyze business needs, design, configure, and implement solutions for SAP ATTP system. Equally, work closely with business team to ensure seamless integration and optimal system functionality with absolutely no interruptions for operations as ATTP is very critical system in Cencora’s supply chain. As this role is all about FDA mandated DSCSA for US supply chain, we require person to be well versed with GS1 standards and how EPCIS formats and systems work.
Experience & Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Over 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in client software solutions design or IT operations management.
- Lead an offshore IBM team to support a 24/7 operational model.
- Address and resolve day-to-day production issues.
- Collect business requirements and plan them for solution delivery.
- Provide necessary help and analysis to business teams.
- Execute daily checks and planned activities.
