Job Details

• Utilizes BI tools across all departments and functional areas providing detailed reporting and analysis
• Supports cross-functional teams with data analysis to reveal and socialize insights for how the business can make more profitable decisions
• Serves as the key resource for interpreting data and information; communicates results to different functions and/or clients and makes recommendations
• Supports in developing and implementing strategies to translate business requirements and creating visualization dashboards to ensure that business needs are met
• Conceptualizes, designs and develops data visualization solutions that synthesize data concepts into clear communications for key business stakeholders
• Supports data requests for all relevant market segments
• Supports the design and provides recommendations for enhanced reporting solution using business and technical knowledge
• Assists in the coaching and training of customers in the use of business intelligence solutions to enhance business decision-making capability
• Assists in the application and implementation procedures of data standards
• Develops standardized and sustainable approaches to trending of data that improves the Customer Experience, Operational Performance, and organization's Compliance standards
• Periodically reviews BI tool documentation and self-service guides to ensure documents are up to date
• Works cross-functionally with departments to assess, define, and develop report deliverables
• Analyzes data for accuracy, process audit reports, suggests solutions to remedy deficiencies and validate results

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience
Preferred Certifications:

• Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification
• Tableau Certification

WORK EXPERIENCE: .
2+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in healthcare data analytics or business intelligence.
