Job Profile Summary
The Analyst, FP&A supports the operational delivery of the Global Commercial Solutions organisation, enabling data-driven sales performance, pricing, pipeline analytics, and operational process execution across RBUs and GBUs. The role partners closely with FP&A, Sales, and Global leadership to provide operational insights that support commercial effectiveness and growth. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of financial planning processes.
Responsibilities
• Support the preparation and maintenance of commercial operations reporting, including pipeline health tracking, reports, revenue recognition reporting, and sales performance dashboards.
• Perform data analysis and operational metric tracking (e.g., sales forecasting accuracy, pipeline conversion, across RBUs and GBUs.
• Maintain and enhance operational data models and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, Snowflake), ensuring data integrity and timely delivery of outputs.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Finance colleagues to ensure alignment between commercial operational data and financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Business Review materials and executive reporting packs.
• Support process improvement initiatives within Commercial Operations
Education, Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a related function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Snowflake, or SQL is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and/or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills; ability to translate complex operational data into clear, actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
