We are looking for a proactive and curious Finance Analyst to support financial analysis, business partnering, and operational initiatives. In this role, you will be the bridge between financial data and operational reality, ensuring high accuracy in transactional processes while driving insights to improve our financial performance.
What You Will Do
- Manage core financial operations by monitoring departmental spends and inventory management to explain cost variances.
- Auditing OSAT invoices to ensure alignment with production data and contract terms.
- Support monthly close, reporting, and management review processes with timely and accurate analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency, cost management, and overall financial performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize finance processes, reporting, and workflows.
- Support process improvement initiatives with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases, and operational reviews as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in Operations Finance, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Curious and driven individual with a strong learning agility - good understanding of operational and finance processes within a manufacturing or operations environment is an advantage.
- Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and drive simplification initiatives.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Excel is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing discussions through data-driven insights.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment with a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
