Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
1. Familiar with Windows client OS/Software installation and troubleshooting
2. Familiar with O365 (M365) troubleshooting, including mobile service.
3. Hardware/Software EOS management
4. Familiar with Excel VBA/Formula, Powershell script or Python is preferred.
5. Windows Server maintenance, including EUS services (Printer/SCCM)
6. Good communication skill
Requirements:
• Good command of English to communicate with group project team.
• Above 5 years’ experience in infrastructure project planning and execution.
• Experience in vendor management.
