The Analyst, Data & Analytics is a key member of the Innovations Center, supporting EX Program and the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence. This role is designed for a well-rounded analyst with 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital and marketing analytics, strong curiosity, strong quantitative skills, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate brings solid analytical thinking, comfort working across marketing channels, and exposure to our technical stack (Tableau, SQL, Snowflake). This role helps connect campaign performance, attribution insights, and program engagement data to strengthen full-funnel visibility and accelerate organizational impact.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (*ESSENTIAL DUTIES):
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting suites for marketing campaign performance across digital channels.*
- Collaborate with stakeholders to link marketing attribution with product engagement and program outcomes.*
- Conduct advertising content-performance analysis to inform strategy and engagement.*
- Support campaign analysis and optimization through data-driven insights and A/B testing.*
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Software Development teams to ensure data quality, structure, and measurement alignment.*
- Partner with external media agencies on reporting needs, campaign measurement, and performance insights.
- Contribute to documentation, reporting templates, and process improvements related to marketing and program measurement.
- Support routine data validation and maintenance activities to ensure reliable reporting.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or related field.
- Agency or multi-channel marketing experience a plus.
- Strong analytical thinker with understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign performance measurement
- Experience interpreting segmentation, cohorts, and attribution models (ownership not required)
- Curiosity-driven mindset with eagerness to experiment and explore new tools and methods
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar digital analytics tools
- Intermediate SQL skills or experience working with analysts who use SQL (Snowflake exposure a plus)
- Familiarity with AWS analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar digital analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborative working style with ability to partner across teams and with external vendors
- Curious, proactive learner who can balance independent work with cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
This position is based in Washington, D.C. with a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office and two telework days.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
The salary range for this role is starting at $83,000-$87,000 per year on a national basis. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, relevant work experience, skillset, internal equity, location, and certifications, consistent with applicable law. Salary is just one part of our total rewards package which additionally includes performance bonus for eligible roles, and competitive benefits.
