The Global Analytics team is seeking an Analyst to support the Global Network & Partner Business (GNPS) Analytics team to partner with banks to issue cards and acquire merchants globally. Our team acts in an advisory capacity to recommend growth strategies, deep dive into performance issues, develop models and other data solutions for profiling and targeting, and create prioritization strategies. This role will closely partner with the Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Risk, and other teams to build innovative consultative offerings for key bank partners across geographies and deliver on diverse strategic projects. The role will also ensure accurate and relevant representations of data to create a compelling story for bank partners and internal leadership with actionable insights enabling quick and informed decisions.
ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and socialization of stakeholder-ready, strategic and actionable insights and analytical solutions to advise strategy and drive profitable marketing actions.
Solving complex business problems by ideation, development & ownership of next generation tech solutions and algorithms.
Analyze data to derive business insights and create innovative marketing solutions and inform strategic roadmaps.
Evaluate impact on business of different strategies/initiatives and generate insights, recommendations and solutions for further improvement and in line with strategic business priorities.
Innovate and evolve strategies to drive business results.
Expand usage of data-backed decisions/products/data science in strategies and identifying opportunities with potential to scale.
Partner with multiple stakeholders across business units and geographies to drive analytical projects.
Innovate and enhance existing solutions using advanced analytics.
