Job Details
Responsible for the timely input and maintenance of all contract files as well as the collection and reconciliation of member rebates. This role is responsible for the accuracy and consistency of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contract content from all internal and external subject matter experts with policy-making and coordination responsibilities. Responsible for development and distribution of relevant contractual reporting using internal tools to track sales, compliance, and achievement thresholds.
Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively to develop and maintain contract logic for all Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contract opportunities.
- Reports, analyzes, and reconciles sales data working with internal stakeholders, manufacturer partners and sister companies.
- Responds accurately and timely to requests for supplemental information or additional detail regarding contract logic.
- Uses internal tools to create and maintain relevant reporting to manage contracts and pull-through.
- Works closely with GPO Operations, Finance, Membership department and manufacturer partners to resolve any issues implicating contract logic.
- Works with performance-based compliance tools, reports and scorecard to provide the organization with information on compliance monitoring and contract performance.
- Responsible for working independently on contracts data and proactively solving problems with data and other reporting needs.
- Responsible for accurately entering contract data into the centralized contract file maintenance system.
- Establishes and maintains contract documentation files and summary for internal distribution.
- General knowledge of contracts, with the ability to fully learn and understand our contracts, services and pharmaceutical needs, as it relates to our business to be a good internal resource for staff members.
- Conducts daily maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain accuracy in production systems.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience
Requires a four-year degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent work experience. Normally requires a minimum of four years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL, Business Objects and Crystal Reporting
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
- Knowledge of Vistex/SAP
- Pharmaceutical GPO experience
- Contract review experience

Salary Range*
$88,700 - 126,940
*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
