We are looking to connect with students graduating from universities in Hong Kong, recent graduates, and early-career professionals interested in a full-time Client Solutions role focused on the Korea market. Based on-site in Hong Kong, this client-facing role involves expert engagement management, research support, and client servicing in a fast-paced, global environment. We welcome profiles with 0–3 years of experience, including fresh graduates who are interested in consulting, research, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Expert Engagement Management
- Manage end-to-end expert matching between clients and industry experts globally, with a focus on Korea-related requests
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of expert insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and experts
2. Research & Consulting Support
- Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on Korea
- Translate client requirements into structured research outputs
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to support decision-making
3. Client Growth & Retention
- Support account management activities including renewals and ongoing engagement
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts
- Contribute to revenue growth through strong client servicing
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with global internal teams to deliver Korea-focused client projects
- Ensure smooth execution of client requests across regions
