Position: Business Solutions Analyst & Data Steward
Department: Controlling and Business Solutions

Location: Geneva, Switzerland (Contract subject to valid Swiss work permit)
Role PurposeAs a Business Solutions Analyst & Data Steward, you’ll play a crucial role ensuring the reliability and efficiency of systems and processes, supporting over 60 professionals in Geneva and our affiliate field offices all over the world. You’ll be at the heart of operational excellence, bridging technology, data, and business needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Solutions Analyst
- Deliver frontline support for replenishment, order-to-cash, inventory, and credit management processes.
- Lead system enhancements, resolve technical issues, and train end-users.
- Collaborate on global and local projects from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GMP, and internal audit standards.
Data Stewardship
- Manage and maintain customer and material master data.
- Coordinate costing and pricing updates in alignment with global policies.
- Conduct regular data reviews and cleansing to uphold data integrity.
Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
Education & Experience: University degree in International Business, Finance, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems & Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills: Ability to persevere, analytical skills and disciplined approach to problem solving. Excellent communication and facilitation abilities. Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
