Responsibilities
The Analyst, Business Management will report to Tower’s Managing Director of Business Management (Americas). He or she will work closely with the firm’s senior management on a variety of tasks, including:
- Helping support the day-to-day business operations of Tower’s securities trading in the Americas region
- Expanding Tower’s participation on Americas-based trading venues
- Managing relationships with banks, trading venues and brokers
- Executing strategic priorities for Tower’s business
- Analyzing market trend and regulatory research
- Organizing administrative records necessary to support trading
- Completing other tasks as assigned by senior management
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a motivated college graduate or have 1-2 years of professional experience in a related field (e.g bank, trading venue, or a trading firm), a track record of success, and a bachelor’s or advanced degree from a top university. He or she will also have:
- Understanding of trading technology and fluency discussing technical concepts
- Analytical abilities and strong communication skills
- An interest in financial markets and electronic trading
- A demonstrated capacity to work independently and as a team member
- Programming skills are not a requirement, but experience with Python or other analytical tools like Tableau is a plus
Anticipated annual base salary range is $90,000-$105,000, plus eligible for discretionary bonus.
