Job Description:
The BofA Multi‑Industrial team covers 35 leading stocks — including GE Vernova, Honeywell, Eaton, Parker‑Hannifin, Trane, and 3M — and is looking for an Equity Research Analyst to join our high‑impact, three‑person group. In this role you will contribute by generating ideas, understanding market-wide trends, attending industry events, meeting and talking with clients, running financial models, and writing impact reports.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and run 3-statement integrated financial models for individual stocks
- Write industry and company research reports
- Develop strong, differentiated industry knowledge
- Build relationships with covered companies, industry experts, and other data sources
- Interact regularly with clients including calls, meetings, and events
- Closely company-specific news, developments, and catalysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate finance, research, banking or consulting
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- General interest in the stock market
- Must work well in a fast-paced, intense and collaborative team environment
- Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
