The Role

About This Role:

As an Analyst, Analytics & Insights, you will be an important part of our Procurement Analytics Center of Excellence (PACE) within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. You will support the Global Procurement team by helping to collect, analyze, and report data using various tools. With some guidance, you will create useful visualizations and reports to help the business make informed decisions. You will also help manage data systems to keep information accurate and up to date, and work closely with colleagues in sourcing, finance, and other teams to support shared goals. This role is a great opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to improving procurement processes and outcomes.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Create data visualizations and reports, with some guidance.
• Collect data from different sources and help maintain databases.
• Build dashboards and presentations to share insights across the organization.
• Assist in managing procurement spend data and savings tracking systems.
• Support meetings with category managers and stakeholders using industry terms.
• Help manage and develop power automate workflows.
• Take part in data projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and accurately.
• Work collaboratively with sourcing, finance, and other partners to provide great service and meet objectives.
• Maintain documentation and help update SharePoint sites.

 

Who You Are:

You’re eager to develop your analytical skills and enjoy turning data into clear, useful insights. You communicate well, both in writing and speaking, and work effectively as part of a team. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment and are ready to learn how to manage multiple priorities with guidance. You pay close attention to detail and are motivated to grow your knowledge of data and find ways to improve processes. Above all, you’re curious and enthusiastic about using data to help the business succeed.

 

Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree (required) with 2 years of experience in BI development, analytical or insights roles.
• Proven expertise in Power BI, SQL, data management and contemporary data technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Independent worker with strong planning, prioritization, and execution capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Some training or coursework in analytics, data science, or related areas.
• Basic understanding of procurement and financial data or systems in a global company.
• Exposure to Coupa Software is a plus.
• Experience or interest in Tableau dashboard creation.
• Basic knowledge of Python for data tasks is helpful.
• Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate is a bonus.
• Awareness of Snowflake or similar data platforms is desirable.
