WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
If you are fascinated with the evolution of the TV industry and uncovering customer insights with the best quality data, this is the place for you!
HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:

• Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of data team project tracking systems and tools associated with Ampersand Advanced TV and Addressable TV client portfolio
• Ensure timely fulfillment of data needs from data vendors within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Works with Ampersand national sales executives as well as Data managers to communicate report statuses and project updates
• Project manages high profile TV measurement, attribution, and data enablement projects
• Communicates with Ampersand's MVPD owners and affiliates on upcoming project details and timelines; understands and accounts for differences in partner capabilities
• Participates in weekly status meetings with third-party data vendors and partners
• Collaborates with internal teams across Data, Operations, and Product to develop tools and operational enhancements that will support data projects and improve workflows
• Manages benchmarking data for measurement & attribution results in collaboration with Ampersand Data team
• Assists with addressable TV audience creation and preparing post-campaign reports using internal and external data systems and tools

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Familiarity and interest in TV and Digital media; Addressable TV experience nice-to-have
• Understands project management needs and keen attention to detail
• Ability to synthesize insights from disparate data sources
• Experience in XLS and PPT

NICE TO HAVES:

• 1-3 years' experience in a data a role with a publisher, agency, or data/ researcher provider

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Ampersand salary range for this position in the New York Metro Area. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance
The range listed is just one component of Ampersand's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary annual bonuses and / or overtime, commission, etc., as well as competitive benefits including PTO, medical & dental & vision benefits, 401K with employer match, short & long-term disability, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, pre-tax commuter benefits & flexible spending accounts.
Salary Range Transparency
This role has a New York Metro Area base salary of $60,000-$70,000 and discretionary annual bonus.
