Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Work together with our support teams to understand their data and analytical needs to develop technical requirements for analytics and credit risk initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, intellectual curiosity, and collaboration within the organization.
  • Keep up to date with emerging trends in analytics, machine learning, and early credit risk detection, and apply innovative techniques to address business challenges.
  • Retrieve, analyze, and summarize large and complex datasets from platforms including Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop, Tableau, and AWS.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling to identify key business drivers and assess risk behaviors.
  • Design and implement frameworks for impact measurement, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Extract signals and patterns from data to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Develop forecasting models for sales, demand, and other key metrics, and monitor the success of credit risk initiatives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for group initiatives, providing status updates to senior management and facilitating communication among cross-functional teams, including Tech Operations, Customer Operations, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
  • Translate business problems and complex technical or analytical issues for diverse audiences.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations using a variety of tools and platforms.
  • Present findings through well-structured narratives and compelling data visualizations that are tailored for senior management and decision-makers.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on credit orchestration development, ensuring a thorough understanding of their functionality, usage, and technical requirements.
  • Manage high workloads while proactively identifying obstacles, anticipating future needs, and developing actionable plans.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters regularly.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including managing credit escalations.
