Looking for a student working toward a Masters or Phd degree in the area of power management/ Analog IC design for a summer internship at Analog Devices. The ideal candidate would have some experience or taken relevant courses in the design of Analog circuits and understand the operation of the buck and the boost converter topologies.

 This Summer internship will be focused on the following:

• Design / Architecture feasibility of the oscillator, charge pump, amplifier circuits for the GaN Power IC using cadence/ SIMPLIS
• Model of the charge pump efficiency using efficiency optimization tool
