Change the world. Love your job.
In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI and set you up for long-term career success. Within this program, we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job.
As an Analog Design Engineer – Power Management, you will help create integrated circuit designs that bring new TI products to life and make our customers’ visions a reality. In this role, you will contribute to the design of power management solutions, including DC/DC converters, and support products that improve power efficiency, performance, and reliability across a wide range of applications.
You will help define, design, model, implement, and document analog integrated circuits in silicon. You’ll be working on state-of-the-art wafer processes and learning from and collaborating with industry experts. You will gain hands-on experience in key front-end design activities such as schematic design, circuit simulation for functionality and parametric performance, and support of IC layout followed by post-layout extracted simulations.
As part of this role, you will also gain exposure to the broader product development cycle, including bench characterization, final test, and failure analysis. This will give you a deeper understanding of how power management ICs move from concept to silicon and into real-world applications.
This role is a great fit for someone interested in analog and power design, especially areas such as voltage regulation, power conversion, control techniques, and integrated DC/DC converter design. It is an opportunity to apply your circuit design knowledge to real products and develop as an engineer in a highly collaborative environment.
As part of your job, you will also get exposure to other roles such as Design Verification and Digital Design through formal learning, projects, and on-the-job development experiences that will help you broaden your knowledge and accelerate your growth and success at TI.

Texas Instruments Compensation & Benefits Highlights
The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about Texas Instruments and has not been reviewed or approved by Texas Instruments.
-
Strong & Reliable Incentives — Profit sharing and annual bonuses are portrayed as a meaningful, formula-linked upside that can materially lift total earnings in strong years. An employee stock purchase plan with a discount further reinforces recurring, wealth-building incentives.
-
Retirement Support — A 401(k) match is described as a stable core benefit, with some references to additional legacy employer contributions and even pension-like elements for certain cohorts. This framing positions long-term savings support as a notable part of the overall rewards package.
-
Healthcare Strength — Medical coverage is depicted as broadly comprehensive, with preventive care and access to HSA/FSA features cited as value-adds. Company-seeded HSA contributions are repeatedly characterized as an important offset to the plan design for those enrolled.
