As an Analog Circuit Design Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing analog circuits tailored for diverse applications with a focus on achieving optimal performance and power efficiency. The role includes simulating and prototyping circuits, carefully fine-tuning them to overcome challenges such as noise interference, signal integrity issues, and thermal management. Collaboration plays a key part in integrating these analog circuits into broader systems, followed by thorough validation through comprehensive testing to ensure reliability and functionality in real-world conditions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and review of design specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline design processes and improve overall efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Circuits Design.
- Strong knowledge of circuit simulation tools and methodologies.
- Experience with signal integrity analysis and noise reduction techniques.
- Familiarity with thermal performance evaluation and management in circuit design.
- Ability to prototype and validate analog circuits through rigorous testing.
- Understanding of integration challenges when combining analog circuits with digital systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Analog Circuits Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
