The Role
Description
Hibrido: Você trabalhará presencialmente 3x na semana
Papel:
Gestão de pedidos das plantas, além de participar ativamente de reuniões de lançamento de produto ('Go to Market'), gerenciando cronogramas de entrada de pedidos, controle de unidades para teste de emissões, faturamento de veículos da frota da GM e atualização de faturas no sistema CMS.
Responsabilidades:
  • Garantir a alocação e entradas dos pedidos referentes aos veículos produzidos na planta de São José dos Campos e dos veículos importados da GMNA.
  • Participar ativiamente das reuniões de Go To Market referentes aos veículos e plataformas pelas quais será responsável.
  • Responsável pela atualização e análise do cronograma de preferenciação de veículos.
  • Realizar o controle de unidades designadas para teste de emissões.
  • Assegurar a entrada das informações referentes as faturas do SERPRO no sistema de aprovação CMS.
  • Realizar o suporte no processo de faturamento dos veículos designados para a frota da liderança GM.

Suas Competências e Habilidades (Qualificações Necessárias)
  • Formação: Administração, Engenharia, Economia, e áreas correlatas
  • Nível de inglês avançado.
  • Bons conhecimentos do Pacote Excel, especialmente Excel
  • Experiência com administração comercial e suporte a vendas
  • Habilidade para navegar com sucesso em um ambiente ambíguo e em diferentes níveis hierárquicos.
  • Capacidade analítica para a resolução de problemas complexos.

O que pode lhe dar uma vantagem competitiva (Qualificações de preferência)
  • Nível intermediário de espanhol (desejável)
  • Conhecimento em Power BI e Knime (desejável).
