RESPONSABILIDADES
- Realizar o atendimento e suporte aos clientes, assegurando agilidade e qualidade nas respostas;
- Acompanhar o ciclo completo dos pedidos, desde a entrada até a entrega ao cliente;
- Interagir com as áreas de Vendas, Supply Chain, Logística e Financeiro para garantir a execução eficiente dos processos;
- Monitorar entregas e atuar na resolução de ocorrências e reclamações;
- Manter atualizados os registros e informações dos clientes nos sistemas corporativos;
- Contribuir para o cumprimento dos indicadores de nível de serviço e satisfação dos clientes;

REQUISITOS
- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência em Atendimento ao Cliente;
- Boa comunicação e habilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
- Conhecimento em processos administrativos e acompanhamento de pedidos;
- Experiência em empresas industriais ou multinacionais;
- Conhecimento de sistemas ERP (SAP);
- Inglês intermediário;
- Conhecimento de processos de logística e comércio exterior.
