Objetivo del puesto
Responsable de generar, mantener y optimizar reportes estratégicos y operativos del negocio, asegurando la calidad de los datos, la automatización de procesos y la disponibilidad de información clave para la toma de decisiones en áreas internas y entidades externas.

Experiencia laboral y educación

- Experiencia: 2 en responsabilidades similares.
- Área: Preferible en BI o similar.
- Educación: Egresado o universitario de los últimos años de la carrera de Ingeniería Informática, Electrónica o similar.
Ingles Intermedio.

Conocimientos Específicos

Dominio avanzado de Excel, SQL y herramientas de visualización de datos como Power BI o similares.

Experiencia con bases de datos (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL).

Conocimiento en automatización de reportes y manejo de grandes volúmenes de datos.

Familiaridad con conceptos de arquitectura de datos, cubos OLAP, y mantenimiento de DWH.

Deseable: conocimientos básicos de herramientas ETL, scripting (Python o R), y sistemas regulatorios (SOX, LA/FT).

Responsabilidades y tareas relevantes

a) Reporting y automatización

• Generar reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales para áreas internas y entidades externas.

• Automatizar reportes y procesos recurrentes asegurando eficiencia y calidad.

• Emitir reportes de cierres y comisiones (Dealers, billeteras, niveles de agentes).

b) Control y calidad de datos

• Realizar validaciones y controles de integridad sobre las fuentes de datos.

• Mantener y optimizar estructuras de datos y cubos analíticos.

c) Soporte y colaboración

• Brindar soporte técnico y analítico a equipos comerciales, financieros y de productos.

• Colaborar en el lanzamiento de nuevos servicios.

• Dar soporte a entidades externas conectadas a la plataforma.

d) Cumplimiento y regulaciones

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas SOX y políticas de seguridad de la información.

• Apoyar al Oficial de Cumplimiento en acciones relacionadas al Sistema de Prevención de LA/FT.
