Group Summary:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:
- Calculo de pago a trabajadores vía nómina; Provisiones se hacen para los registros de las nominas, los gastos, bonificaciones, impuestos, reparto de utilidades y costos de seguridad Social. Reconciliación de cuentas de balance.
- Seguimiento, registro y análisisde lso registros contables, de la soperaciones de la divisiónde servicios (Servicios Decoplas). Y subir infromación de división de servicio al sistema de sonsolidación Hyperion.
- Servicio de atención a empleados para dar solución a cualquier problemática relacionada con pago de sus servicios (Sueldos y Salarios)
- Elaboración y envío de información al área de impuestos para pago de Impuestos Federales y Estatales
- Elaboración de Presupuesto y Pronósticos del costo de Mano de obra real y analisis de sus variaciones
- Procedimientos de control mínimo Magna. Seguimiento y cumplimiento tales como: "General Finance Controls; Payroll; Pension and Retirement Liability;"
- Generar registros de movimientos de altas, bajas y cambios de salario ante el IMSS. (IDSE)
