El Analista de Costos será responsable de revisar productos/materiales manufacturados y comprados, realizar análisis de costos y elaborar reportes mensuales. Deberá contar con excelentes habilidades analíticas, así como la capacidad de combinar diferentes fuentes de datos
Responsabilidades clave:
- Apoyar en las actividades de cierre de mitad y fin de mes, incluyendo la identificación y resolución de errores en SLA, preprocesadores y reportes de variación.
- Participar en los recostes trimestrales, incluyendo el análisis de los factores que generan variaciones de precio de compra (PPV), trabajar con equipos técnicos en cambios de tamaño de lote y resolver ítems con alta variación.
- Asegurar que todas las transacciones de costos estén reflejadas de manera precisa en el libro contable.
- Garantizar una presentación precisa y oportuna de los informes del período, cumpliendo con los requerimientos corporativos.
- Realizar análisis de cuentas precisos y oportunos, y cumplir con todos los estándares de control corporativo.
- Identificar activamente oportunidades para optimizar la entrega de servicios y participar en proyectos especiales.
- Apoyar al equipo en la recolección de información para auditorías, incluyendo la recopilación de documentación.
- Elaborar comentarios sobre las variaciones semanales de lotes y enviarlos a los Contadores de Costos de la Unidad de Negocio (SBU).
- Comprender y resolver variaciones de precio de compra (PPV) y variaciones de precio de factura (IPV) para almacén (WHSE).
Requisitos:
- Título universitario en Ingeniería, contador o Financiero.
- Más de 1 año de experiencia contable y/o en costos.
- Inglés avanzado y fluido conversacional (para interactuar diariamente con US/Canadá).
- Experiencia en MS Excel.
- Conocimiento deseable de ERP como Oracle o SAP.
- Alta atención al detalle y capacidad para analizar información y procesos.
