As a Compliance Analyst you will support global ethics and compliance activities and programs throughout the region, with special emphasis on communications, training, data extraction, and presentation of area analyses and indicators. You will report to Compliance Manager
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery and maintenance of programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks, establishing standards of conduct.
Prepare materials that communicate our ethical standards, policies, and regulations adapted to the different countries and the nature of each site in the region.
Support or deliver training programs for employees on ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, among others.
Produce reports on compliance monitoring statistics, investigations, results, and remediation of any non-compliant actions.
Support other team members in internal investigation activities.
Support and monitor the third-party due diligence program.
Analyze sponsorship, donation, and social contribution requests received through PPG's online platform.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Law, Administration, Social Sciences, or related areas.
1 + years years of experience in related areas
Analytical.
Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to our industry is desirable.
Work with different departments to ensure compliance.
Prepare detailed reports.
High proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.
