Collaborate with the accuracy of cost information, assisting in the promotion of appropriate entries for the composition of industrial costs, extracting pertinent information from the computerized system.
Pay attention to the orientation needs of production employees regarding inventory control, expenses, personnel allocation, and the creation of new cost centers.
Analyze and monitor, when requested, special or unusual cases related to financial transactions.
Analyze and critique spending or revenue deviations, according to the applicable needs of each case.
Participate in the collection of information and identify the need for the creation of managerial performance monitoring reports, both for internal control and for reporting to the company's management and partners.
Monitor the improvement process suggested in critical reviews of procedures conducted by external auditors, aiming at the revision of financial statements.
Identify, through the Accounts Payable system, all monetary advances made for the purchase or manufacture of a Fixed Asset, transferring them to a specific account so that they do not undergo depreciation, aiming at the control of Fixed Assets in progress.
Monitor direct taxes daily, comparing the assessment accounts with the fiscal accounting books, transferring the payable amounts, making complementary entries in the system, and transferring balances to the Accounts Payable module.
Track collection settlements, receiving bank statements, calculating the amount received from the collection of receivable titles and deposits made by clients, accounting for bank expenses and other relevant debits (CPMF, IOF, and interest), comparing information from the Credit and Collections Area with Accounting, making pending settlements, among other necessary activities to verify the accounting of all bank entries from receipts, along with other revenues and/or expenses incurred in banks and the respective settlements made in the company's systems.
Analyze all accounts in the Balance Sheet (banking, taxes, and others), requesting the necessary information, comparing various data, identifying and resolving discrepancies, so that the values presented in accounting reports are consistent with reality.
Account for Sales Invoices issued by the Fiscal department, analyzing, classifying, and carrying out various activities to record the information contained in them, such as revenue amount, receivable title from a specific client, and tax provisions on sales.
Account for payroll, financing, and bank loans, discounted invoices, and business mediation commissions, receiving, analyzing, and checking the relevant information, requesting necessary adjustments from the responsible party, classifying accounting accounts and values, recording occurrences, and printing documents through the R/3 – SAP System for archiving, along with documents pertinent to the performed accounting.
