The Role
Description
Hybrid:
For this position, it is required to be on site 3x/week .
What you will do (Responsibilities):
  • Manage the complete administrative process for direct sales operations (corporate, fleets, public entities), ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal policies.
  • Enter, monitor, and update orders in commercial systems, maintaining accurate and reliable information.
  • Oversee payment management to suppliers.
  • Coordinate with logistics, billing, and other areas to guarantee timely delivery of units.
  • Prepare management reports, track operations, and analyze goal achievement.
  • Support the commercial team in preparing documentation for bids, quotations, and presentations.
  • Maintain communication with corporate clients to provide order status updates and resolve administrative inquiries.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for internal sales administration processes.

Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):
  • Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Previous experience (1-2 years) in administrative or commercial support roles, preferably in automotive, industrial, or capital goods sectors.
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and commercial management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced English level is a must.

What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in managing corporate accounts or public sector operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of bidding processes and documentation requirements.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.
