What is special about this team: Amway’s Project Engineering Group plays a unique role in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions that span across a range of supply chain functions. This group works within and across manufacturing, facilities, distribution, and logistics teams.
How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: This internship will directly contribute to our success by delivering an assigned engineering opportunity. The opportunity will come from our annual operating plan and will deliver a targeted process improvement, new asset capability, or technological advancement.
An example of a typical project is: Projects typically impact a targeted manufacturing site with a specific emphasis on new process / asset development, or a targeted emphasis on technical process improvement. Projects can target automation, packaging, mix / fill, and or specific facility design(s).
