Americas Prime Financial Services Sales is seeking a client-facing sales professional - Associate, Vice President, or Executive Director level - to own and deepen relationships with quant and systematic clients. The role combines front-office coverage, execution-focused problem solving, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Trading, Product, Financing, Risk, Credit, Operations/Client Service, Technology, and broader Markets to deliver a seamless client experience and drive revenue growth.
You will operate as an execution and workflow specialist—understanding how clients trade, how they connect, what they need to execute efficiently, and translating those needs into JPMorganChase solutions and internal prioritization.
Job Responsibilities (level-dependent)
- Execution-led client servicing (core focus): Lead day-to-day client engagement and ensure best-in-class delivery across execution channels and Prime capabilities.
- Relationship management & coverage: Maintain and expand relationships with quant/systematic clients; engage stakeholders across Trading, Product, Risk, Technology, integration, Operations, and connectivity.
- Solutioning & commercialization: Identify, originate, and convert opportunities—ranging from quick-turn requests to longer-cycle strategic pitches—tailored to client trading, financing, and operational requirements.
- Product & platform fluency: Develop strong fluency in the platform offering and market structure; represent capabilities clearly to sophisticated clients.
- Data-driven targeting & insights: Partner with clients and internal teams (Product, Consulting, Service) to identify trends, growth opportunities, whitespace, and risks; translate insights into actionable coverage plans.
- Risk / capital / commercial partnership: Work with Product, Risk, and Credit to support onboarding, portfolio/risk discussions, and commercial analysis for new or expanding relationships.
- Market intelligence & thought leadership: Provide market insight, trade themes, and targeted content; gather competitive intelligence and feed it back into strategy and product priorities.
- Cross-functional leadership: Coordinate across coverage, product, and trading to optimize the end-to-end client experience and balance client needs with firm objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant front-office experience in sales / execution sales / prime services / derivatives clearing / institutional coverage (years commensurate with level).
- Demonstrated ability to support fast-paced client demands with strong follow-through, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and numerical mindset with the ability to translate data into coverage actions and commercial outcomes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain workflows, market structure, and solutions to sophisticated clients.
- Team-first collaborator able to work effectively across Trading, Product, Risk, Credit, Financing, Technology, and Client Service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- FINRA licensing: Series 7 and 63 required; additional registrations (e.g., Series 3) depending on coverage and role scope (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe, where applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with electronic execution and market structure concepts (e.g., algos, DMA, program trading, high-touch vs. low-touch) and client connectivity (e.g., EMS/OMS, FIX), as relevant to the role.
- Experience covering quant/systematic clients (e.g., systematic macro, multi-strat pods, systematic equities) and comfort discussing trading workflows, connectivity, and low-latency execution considerations.
- Existing institutional client relationships applicable to Prime Financial Services and broader Equities.
