We are seeking a Head of Client Technology, VP to lead the development and delivery of high-impact client-facing technology solutions. This is a senior leadership role that requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong team leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of client-facing applications, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
- Drive the security of the third-party supply chain, including the evaluation and management of open-source libraries, and conduct regular code scans (e.g., SonarQube, Snyk) to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Lead or contribute to system architecture integration and upgrades, resolving complex technical challenges and delivering scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain modules of self-developed systems, ensuring operational safety, stability, and performance.
- Oversee the development and project management of key business systems, including sales platforms, CRM, marketing platforms, and product lifecycle management systems.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging FinTech trends and introduce innovative technologies that enhance business capabilities and client value.
- Lead the integration and application of AI/ML technologies to enhance client experience, automate processes, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Provide strategic leadership to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a team leadership or project management role.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in asset management application development, including fund sales, marketing systems, CRM, marketing integration platforms, product lifecycle management systems, and e-commerce mobile apps.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and security design specifications (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
- Strong knowledge of the Spring family (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security), distributed architecture, and microservices design.
- Extensive experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Experience in leading large-scale system architecture upgrades or re-engineering projects.
- Strong background in AI/ML technologies, including experience in deploying AI/ML models, integrating AI into business workflows, and leveraging AI for client-facing applications.
- Leadership & Team Development: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, with a track record of talent development and team performance.
- Soft Skills: Agile mindset, fast learner, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Additional Preferred Qualifications:
