Associate Engineer – Consulting & Operations
Location: Hybrid (Farmington Hills, MI) with up to 50% travel

Ambe Engineering is seeking a results-driven, growth-oriented Associate Engineer to join our consulting team. In this deployable role, you will work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions across operations, quality, and engineering functions. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.
What You’ll Do:
- Support project execution and results delivery across manufacturing and industrial clients
- Participate in client meetings, scoping, and proposal development
- Coordinate deployments and track progress to project milestones
- Conduct market research, build case studies, and support business development
- Collaborate internally to improve operations and client experience
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- STEM degree (preferred in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Operations Engineering)
- 3–5 years experience in operations, quality, purchasing, or related fields
- Strong communicator with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Background in companies with manufacturing best practices
- Functional leadership experience and data/analytics exposure a plus
