About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Amazon Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our Amazon advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling all aspects of Amazon's paid media, from Sponsored Products to Display Ads, while focusing on delivering measurable results in terms of sales, traffic, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). In addition, you will work with our creative team to optimize our PDP, Brand Store, and all assets on Amazon to ensure that our brand ethos is well represented on the platform.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Amazon Advertising Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage Amazon Paid Search (PPC) campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
  • Create, manage, and optimize product listing campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor campaign performance, make real-time adjustments, and analyze key metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR) to maximize ROI.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Regularly track and report on key performance metrics and budget allocation to ensure campaigns meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Create and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas of opportunity.
  • Use Amazon Analytics, Seller Central, and third-party tools to provide insights and actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth.

PDP Management and Optimization:

  • Regularly update content on PDPs, Brand Store, Enhanced Content, and marketing assets to optimize for top performing creative with A/B testing
  • Lead SEO optimizations for titles, bullets, and product descriptions
  • Conduct competitive and category content analyses and recommend strategies for enhancements

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to ensure that all marketing assets align with Amazon best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product launch strategies, seasonal campaigns, and Amazon peak strategies

Stay Current with Amazon Trends:

  • Keep up-to-date with Amazon’s evolving tools, features, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Experiment with new advertising features, targeting options, and bidding strategies to drive incremental growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience (3+ years) managing Amazon Advertising campaigns with a proven track record of success
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon PPC strategies, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s algorithms, search ranking, and product listing optimization strategies.
  • Experience with bid management, budget optimization, and ROAS-focused campaigns.
  • Familiarity with third-party Amazon advertising AI automation tools (e.g. Skai, Teikametrics, Pacvue)
  • Advanced knowledge of Amazon SEO best practices and listing optimization is a plus
