The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Amazon Connect CCP Developer  to lead the design and development of a custom Contact Control Panel (CCP) solution for Amazon Connect. This role requires deep hands-on experience with Streams.js and expertise in Amazon Connect CCP customization.

The ideal candidate brings strong software engineering skills, ownership mentality, and a passion for building high-quality solutions in fast-paced environments. While WebRTC and Citrix experience are nice to have, the core focus will be on Amazon Connect CCP and Streams API integration.

U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to contractual and data security requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and develop a custom CCP experience using Amazon Connect Streams.js.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with external systems and data sources.
• Collaborate with architects, cloud engineers, and product owners to define technical requirements.
• Ensure a high-quality agent experience through performance tuning and UI/UX best practices.
• Handle call control, agent state management, and event handling using the Streams API.
• Escalate blockers early and communicate technical risks effectively.
• Demonstrate high standards for quality, security, and maintainability in code and documentation.
  

Is This Role For You? 

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript and front-end development.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with Amazon Connect CCP and Streams.js.
• Proven experience designing custom CCPs or telephony interfaces.
• Strong understanding of real-time systems and event-driven architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with WebRTC and Citrix environments.
• Experience working in enterprise contact center solutions.
• Exposure to AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and S3 for Connect integrations.
• Experience working with Agile teams and DevOps pipelines.

Remote (U.S.-based only).
